Hi, I’m Jillian!

I founded Dazzle By Jillian when I was just 14 years old. I taught myself how to do makeup through thousands of hours of practice, and I have continued to grow every day over the past 7 years.

To me, makeup is not a mask that covers up your beauty or makes you look like someone you’re not—it’s a weapon that helps you express who you are on the inside. Every person is beautiful in their own way, and makeup can be a powerful tool to accentuate that.

Makeup is an art form, a vessel to share your creative visions with the world, a way to invent something new every time you pick up a brush. My purpose in life is to share my love of makeup with the world, one client at a time.
